Bitdefender GravityZone Extended Detection and Response (XDR) Valuable Features
As a reseller, I find that I can set up policies that I can then cascade to my clients so that we have a well-maintained standard across all clients. This feature is very useful for us. All of the features that are built into Bitdefender GravityZone Extended Detection and Response (XDR) are quite good, and we're quite happy with it.
The automated response capabilities of Bitdefender GravityZone Extended Detection and Response (XDR) are very useful and probably one of the strongest parts of the product. I find it so useful because it's automatic and there's no user intervention required. We don't need to log in and manually do things ourselves. Because it's automatic, it saves us a lot of time, and you can sleep well at night knowing that things are protected.
I find the analytics dashboards of Bitdefender GravityZone Extended Detection and Response (XDR) quite useful. They are nice in that we can see an overview very quickly and drill down into specific issues or specific clients. The dashboards are quite good, though it would be nice if we had the same with automated reports. It would be much more useful for us to have that via email or having a report.

The best features in the product, as a reseller, are the integrated SOC. Integration with a SOC is one of the advantages. My clients are using the Endpoint Risk Analytics feature.
The interface is good, installation is good, and console management is good.
Quarantine and isolation are good aspects of this feature.

The quarantine computer functionality is very good for me. If any virus or spam is caught in Bitdefender GravityZone Extended Detection and Response (XDR), I report it, and it can be deleted from the cloud and not from the user. The mail security is very good because it catches spam emails before they reach the user.

I like that it is an averagely priced solution. It also has a straightforward installation that can be completed within three to five minutes. Its technical support is also good enough.
View full review »The best thing about Bitdefender is that it has got top-notch features and it is not tied to specific countries like some other antivirus tools. For example, Symantec, being American, might struggle with installing in certain countries due to political reasons. The same goes for Kaspersky, a Russian company. But Bitdefender doesn't have those limitations, giving us worldwide visibility and protection without any political complications. It is just straightforward and effective cybersecurity.
