UFT Runtime Engine License Question

I'm looking at replacing some of our full UFT licenses with the 'Runtime Engine Licenses' for licenses that are purely used for execution only.

We are automating Web, Unix & Mainframe applications. Are there any protocols not supported via a runtime license only?
