Upgrade depends on the application that is running on each instance. You need to check if it is compatible with the kernel. We need to plan things before migrating to the latest version.

One thing I like is the updates because when we patch it and upgrade it, we save a lot of time doing those upgrades and migrations. Moreover, upgrades or migration to RHEL have been straightforward in some ways.
