Pros
"Caplets are a very good technical feature.""kCura Relativity is easy to use, and it is reliable.""There are a lot of ways to QC your work and save your searches, and we had really good case support from the Relativity team.""I like Relativity's blackout feature, as well as the Case Dynamics function.""The ease of navigation from dock to dock, and that kind of usability, is quite helpful."

"In my industry, it is important to use this solution because it can handle a large pipeline."

More Nuix eDiscovery Pros →

"I like the processing feature on the product because it does everything at once, i.e, indexing, recovery, keyword searches, etc.""It indexes much faster, and is more reflexive because of the Enscripts.""The technical support is excellent.""Data Recovery: Its ability to repair damaged partitions and uncover hidden partitions from within the tool, and allow further analysis.""It speeds up the process, so I can meet my deadlines.""The solution is very stable.""The most important feature we've found is the Enscripts. That is one powerful feature that I, personally, love to use."

Cons
"What I dislike about Relativity is that we have to go through the host in order to do productions and loads. It is not a do-it-yourself tool.""There are a lot of bugs on the development side.""I would definitely not recommended it unless you have someone who has had experience with it and knows how to work the program.""They require more built-in support for some third-party applications.""The price per user could be improved. We'd like for it to be more affordable."

More kCura Relativity Cons →

"My past experience with the Nuix eDiscovery platform showed it was clunky when reviewing individual files and viewing folder structures. I wondered why we had to process in Nuix eDiscovery and then transfer to another review platform, this was a waste of time. I wish Nuix eDiscovery would have a comprehensive review platform in-house. I heard they have improved in this area, but our firm hasn't invested in it. Integrating the processing and review would make for a fantastic solution."

More Nuix eDiscovery Cons →

"In the past, incident response time for tech support was slow.""Sometimes the application can take more time to complete the image processing or fail at the end of the process.""Ease of use and learning curve need improvement.""There were minor UI bugs.""The reporting is a bit unreliable. It needs to be better.""We have come across problems with the end-case. We could not find an email discovery type of module and there was not flexibility with the email.""I would like to see a capability to ingest and absorb more data. That would be really good. It currently is lacking this function."
