Quotes From Members
We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use.
Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"One of the things that I have found most valuable is that it is very easy to use. For example, they have built-in existing processes that you can easily modify."

"The flexibility characteristic in a BPMS, through BPMN and DMN, is undoubtedly the most interesting feature for our business.""For an internal project, this is a solution that you can install and have up and running quite quickly.""It is simple to use. The user experience is very good.""We are using the BPMN engine of Camunda; we are not using the user interface. We are using just the engine, the back end of this. For us, it is working quite well.""Camunda's most valuable feature is its ability to integrate with different products.""Camunda is a scalable product.""The UI is very user-friendly compared to other products. The native, vanilla UI is very interesting and intuitive to use. It's user-friendly when it comes to modernizing a business process.""The graphical interface is very beneficial."

Cons
"At the moment there are very few people who can lead training for the product. I think that area needs to improve."

More BusinessGenetics xBML Cons →

"The initial set up could be simplified, it's complex.""Lacking in forms visualization.""The migration strategy needs to be improved.""Customization and tech stack could be up-to-date.""There are a few things that I'm missing. For instance, the user interface creator, which I know other systems have, like Aurea or Lombardi, which are IBM solutions. The interface creator, including the data model creator or some module which would allow the users who are not programmers or business consultants and who are not technically skilled in database and Java programming, to create data models and user interfaces.""In the future, I would definitely like to see the process administration (migration, audit, tracking) and process evaluation (optimize) features added to the community edition.""Camunda could be improved by making it easier to modify a process. You can program it to follow a process, but it is difficult to modify the process when the application is in use. It could also be improved by making it easier to use the visual platform without needing to be informed on that. Sometimes, we programmers haven't used it in the past, and it's a bit difficult to learn it.""The product must provide more videos and training materials."
