We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use.
Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"Azure Cost Management is user-friendly compared to other competitors.""It encompasses a multitude of specialized services, each with its associated costs and considerations.""We find the analytics available via this solution to be very useful, as it allows us to easily see detailed cost information for each of our various subscription elements.""The tool helps with budgeting and reporting. It notifies us whenever we cross the threshold.""The initial setup process is easy.""The most valuable aspect of Azure Cost Management for me is the cost-saving recommendations based on our usage patterns.""The most valuable feature of Azure Cost Management is cost optimization.""The solution helps us diagnose and understand why some resources cost more so that we can fine-tune and reduce the cost."

"SevOne provides support for all universal connectors. They internally work with other data sources to get features implemented. We have an SD-WAN implementation and use other app data to monitor performance. If you pull that data into one centralized location, that is very useful for management.""With this tool it is interesting to show the info to the client and explain where the traffic is.""We have benefited mainly from the use of the dashboard interface. It makes the network visually interesting for other people who are not in the network. A lot of people are not network techies who understand streams in the network. Based on location, we have streams coming in and out. They can see visually when there is some problem. They don't need to understand all the network technology behind it to be able to understand if everything is working well or if there is a problem.""The network data collection has been very flexible for us. It's been thorough in areas that were lacking. They have a team that I've worked with to add other pieces to it. So if it's missing something out of the box, they work with me to add it. I was able to collect that data. It's not perfect, but it's pretty thorough.""The feature that I have found most valuable is the scale-up and scale-down. The scale-up is an operation where the CPU boosts-up and then the memory will boost-up. That works awesomely.""The monitoring of the network is very customizable. That is its unique feature.""The most valuable feature is the NMS because that's the core of the system. Without the NMS, the other tools aren't that usable.""The comprehensiveness of this solution's collection of network performance and flow data is one of the basics in the field for what it does. It meets all of our needs. So for all those areas, for the most straightforward collection capabilities, right up to NetFlow and even telemetry, it meets all those demands. Not only just basic or fundamental SNMP collection capability, but the product also supports what we need for the future with telemetry streaming. So it's very comprehensive."

Cons
"We lack a resource and ID login.""There are certainly areas for improvement in terms of labeling the inventory. That's because right now, we use a number of services. But it's difficult when you look at the billing limiters and how they are named. We can't correlate those names to the actual services there. So, I can't click on an item and see if I'm still using this service or not. So it just rolls up and gives me values and figures, but I can't really correlate them to actual services on the Azure platform.""It would be beneficial if Azure Cost Management could automatically generate budget rules using AI insights, eliminating the need for manual configuration.""The forecasting model can improve Azure Cost Management.""The response time of customer support can be improved.""Azure Cost Management is expensive.""All the offers should be on the console. You shouldn't need to select from different tabs.""The solution needs an automated dashboard and better reporting."

"The method of searching for SIP and the way to create the groups.""Their virtualization solution is not compatible with our Kubernetes environment, which is one of the reasons we are ending our relationship with them.""The one area with room for improvement is probably administration. They added data insights to make a better user experience, but I'd like to see some improvements in the way the system's administered.""High-frequency polling is data-intensive because you're pulling more. If SevOne could figure out a way to manage the impact of high-frequency polling on the system, that would be very popular.""User-friendly, multi-tenancy.""We need to be thinking about streaming telemetry protocols. They already have the port for enhanced visualization, which they already have through Data Insight.""With the administrative management of the appliance, if some object appears from SevOne because something changed in the network or whatever, then as an administrator you will not be aware. If you are using this object in a report, this object will disappear from the report and you will not be aware of it. So, if you have 1,000 reports, you cannot always check these reports everyday to see if objects are missing or information has disappeared. We don't have any information on alerts, saying that something is happening there and maybe we need to take action. If an object was replaced by another one, or if a link was replaced by another one, then the graph needs to be changed because it doesn't exist in the graph anymore. However, we don't have this information.""The GUI: both the dashboard/user view and the admin tool."
