We were looking for cloud cost management but also the ability to have insight for all our deployment infrastructure.

Microsoft Azure Cloud Cost Management is easy to use and we have a lot of insights about all of our goals. It gives us integration which we are using for our extra functionality. It is quite intuitive. It's easy to work with.

For us, it only works for one provider. So we need to be more of a hybrid solution for any cloud. If it worked better with other cloud providers it would be better. I would like it to give you more. Not only a cost management review. I would like to see more insights into our cloud infrastructure. We use metrics like CPU, RAM and application utilization. So it could be good to have something like that. The interface is ok, but it could use some improvement.

We have been using Microsoft Azure Cloud Cost Management for two years.

Microsoft Azure Cloud Cost Management is scalable. It easily tells you how you should change it. It gives recommendations you should do for building and for reducing costs.

I have liked the technical support offered by Microsoft Azure Cloud Cost Management. They have been pretty good. They usually work pretty quickly with the customer. They have acquired a large range of variety. There could be something I want to accomplish that is not working, they take it into account and they apply it in the solution quickly.

The pricing is good. It's a native solution from the cloud. So I think it's good.

I would rate the Microsoft Azure Cloud Cost Management an eight out of ten.

We use the public, private, and hybrid deployment models of this solution. Our primary use cases of this solution are for cost management, performance, cost analysts, cost alerts, and budget recommendations.

The advisor recommendations feature is the most valuable feature. It helps set your environment in a clean state.

Self-healing could be a nice addition to this solution. It would be nice if they had self-healing. 

It would be good if they could introduce connections to other clouds. It would be good to connect to AWS and Oracle cloud.

It's rock-solid, it's absolutely stable. 

This solution can manage your whole infrastructure across the hybrid and private clouds. It scales really well. We are a distributor of this solution. We have around 3,000 customers. 

We do have plans to increase usage. 

It's a free product. It doesn't need much support, there is a lot of documentation.

The setup is straightforward. As soon as you deploy something in Azure, Cost Management is also automatically deployed. It's there by default. 

It's free out of the box. 

The biggest lesson I have learned from this solution is that free tools are a must. They're great. 

I would rate it a ten out of ten.

The dashboard is really useful.

The dashboard could be improved.

I have been using the solution for one year. I am using the latest version of the solution.

The tool is very stable. I rate the stability a ten out of ten.

The tool is scalable.

I use Azure OpenAI for some experiments.

I use the online web application. The maintenance is done automatically by the vendor.

The pricing is good.

I use the solution once a week. Overall, I rate the product a ten out of ten.

We use Azure Cost Management for billing and cost estimation purposes.

I like that it's a free solution that we can use to check our overall cost and utilization.

The UI is complex, and it should be less so.

I've been using this solution for two years.

During the two years I've been working with this solution, it has only been down once or twice. Thus, I would rate the stability of the solution at nine out of ten.

For Azure Cost Management's scalability, I would give a rating of eight out of ten. We have five release managers who use the solution in our organization.

Technical support staff are well trained and excellent. As such, I would rate technical support at nine out of ten.

The installation process is straightforward for Azure Cost Management. It takes a couple of minutes to implement it.

The maintenance can be handled by one person.

I would recommend Azure Cost Management and rate it at ten out of ten.

The product's licensing cost could be improved.

The initial setup process is easy. We have a team of ten engineers working on deployment and maintenance. It takes a long time to complete as it requires setting up multiple firewall rules.
