Avepoint FLY Room for Improvement

There were some areas that could be improved with Avepoint FLY, particularly regarding an issue with the final reporting. While I cannot remember the exact issue, it was related to the final report concerning which files were migrated and what errors occurred. However, this could have been a user problem rather than an application problem.
View full review »Right now, AvePoint FLY doesn’t provide us with help to identify the size of the mailed items for a certain period. As a discovery tool, AvePoint FLY provides us with information at a folder or mailbox level. For a particular user, if I want to see the email size for the last year or from 2020 to 2022, then they can provide some statistics as part of its functionality as a discovery tool. Based on the statistical data we receive from AvePoint FLY, the migration to the archive mailbox can be planned.
The solution's reporting could be improved because it does not have a lot of reporting capabilities.

The trial version is quite expensive in comparison to other solutions. The licensing is confusing and doesn't make sense.
Technical support is lacking in that they don't seem to respond. I do a lot of research myself. I can't rely on them.
