I still work with Alcatel-Lucent OmniSwitch LAN Switches. We work with internet switches, but we also use LAN switches from Alcatel-Lucent. All the switches on the sites or across sites are Alcatel-Lucent OmniSwitch LAN Switches.

We use Aruba switches for our Wi-Fi network for the access points. The purposes for which we use Alcatel-Lucent OmniSwitch LAN Switches are network connectivity and network access and security with the NAC implementation.

In our company, we mainly use the solution for layer 2 switching.

We use Alcatel-Lucent OmniSwitch LAN Switches in the hospitality industry, and we have hospitality clients. We used to sell to hospitality customers, who are SMBs, and enterprises.

We have been selling for eight or ten years, and the customer is satisfied, and the entire Qatar army project is powered by the Alcatel-Lucent network.

These are our core switches; we use them for networking. 

Within our organization, there are roughly 30 people using these switches. All maintenance is handled by two staff members.
