How has it helped my organization?
Thanks to the solution, we have more control for ISO 27001, which is equivalent to SOC 2 in America. It is required for all security compliance.
What is most valuable?
The seamless integration, the clear and easy-to-use UI, and the pricing, which is fairly cheap, are all valuable aspects of the product.
What needs improvement?
They force you to use the web UI or SaaS platform to restore the backup. If they offered another way to restore the backup from your S3 bucket or whichever storage you have, it would be better.
For how long have I used the solution?
I've used the solution for one year.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
I have not noticed any issues. We log in to the platform occasionally to confirm that everything is fine, and whenever I have logged in, I have had no issues with stability, ping, or any page blocking itself.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
As long as you have licenses, it scales up with no limitations.
How are customer service and support?
Customer support and sales support were both very helpful and quick to respond.

How was the initial setup?
It's a very easy install with seamless integration. We use the SaaS cloud platform, and integrating GitHub was very easy.
What was our ROI?
It's a backup solution, so it's hard to put a value on the return on investment since you will only use it during a disaster. We use it for our disaster recovery plans, and it provides more control for security compliance.
What other advice do I have?
I'd rate the solution nine out of ten.
