SugarCRM is a software company based in Cupertino, California. It produces the web application Sugar, a customer relationship management system that is available in both open-source and commercial open-source applications. In February 2014, SugarCRM announced that they would no longer be releasing new open source versions of their Community Edition application and this would now be a bug fix only application.
WalkMe is an online guidance and engagement platform owned by WalkMe Inc. WalkMe is a cloud-based service that guides users on software or websites. WalkMe Inc. was founded in 2011, and in April 2012 launched the product WalkMe. WalkMe Inc.'s headquarters are located at 350 Sansome St. in San Francisco, In October 2014, WalkMe Won Customer Magazine's 2014 Contact Center Technology Award. In October 2014, leading training influencer Craig Weiss recognized WalkMe as the best product at the 2014 DevLearn Conference.
