We use VMware Horizon to digitalize environments. 

The solution has a lot of issues and bugs. 

I have been working with the solution for two years. 

I would rate VMware Horizon's stability a six out of ten. 

I would rate the tool's scalability on the cloud a ten out of ten. 

We have issues with the product's response time. The person assigned to us was entry-level experienced and we had to escalate our issues further numerous times.

I use VMware Horizon for a variety of workforce, both internal and external.

The solution is easier to deploy and maintain on any Windows desktop, making it simpler to manage. It provides a robust infrastructure.

The most valuable feature is the instant clones, the integration with ESXi, and the center servers are the standout features.

There is room for improvement in the integration with other parts of the suite. For example, you currently need separate windows to manage app volumes and the dynamic environment manager (DEM). So, it's important to integrate all these infrastructure elements into one window.

I have been using this solution for six years. We used version 7, now we are using VMware Horizon 8. 

I would rate the stability a nine out of ten. 

It is easy to scale. I would rate the scalability a ten out of ten.

The complexity of the initial setup was acceptable. 

There is a big return of investment. Because I implemented it in a university, and they mentioned that the administration of lab PCs became much more efficient. Tasks that used to take a month now take less than a week, so it's a significant return on investment.

Overall, I would rate the solution a nine out of ten. I recommend choosing the best implementation company because sometimes clients aren't happy with Horizon due to poor implementation. I've seen this happen often. So, selecting a company with a lot of experience and successful implementations is essential. Sometimes, users get frustrated not with the product itself but with the way it's implemented.

We don't have to pay for HyperFlex. The solution's speed gives a nice user experience. 

The majority of things in VMware Horizon can be done only in Windows and not in Linux. There are Linux customers who would like to use VMware Horizon's features. 

I have been working with the solution for five years. 

The solution is scalable and you need to add a load balancer to add desktops. Once it is configured, you can add as many desktops as you want to add. 

I would rate the solution's setup an eight or nine out of ten since it is easy. 

VMware Horizon is expensive and I would rate it an eight out of ten. 

The solution is useful for call centers and banks and I would rate it a nine out of ten. 

We use VMware Horizon 7 for my company's internal systems, our clients' hosting, and public services.

The most valuable feature of VMware Horizon 7 is that it can be accessed anywhere in my internal network. It has a lot of flexibility.

We previously used Citrix. We switched to VMware Horizon because it is a more efficient solution.

VMware Horizon's deployment takes a few days. We implemented the solution through a consultant or integrator.

We pay a monthly licensing fee for VMware Horizon. The solution is reasonably priced, but it could always be cheaper.

Overall, rate VMware Horizon a nine out of ten.

The most valuable feature is that when we access the machine, it automatically builds on the back-end and provides to the user. Then when the user logs off, the machine logs off automatically or is destroyed, which helps to reduce load on the server.

Horizon 7's performance could be improved. For instance, when I launch the VDI, it takes a very long time to boot.

I've been working with Horizon 7 for about six months.

Horizon 7 is stable, though its performance isn't the best.

Horizon 7 is scalable - we can add more machines or servers easily.

VMware's technical support is not the best - instead of providing troubleshooting, they give us documentation that we're supposed to use to find solutions.

The initial setup was very simple.

Horizon 7 is cheaper than some competitors, like Citrix, because it includes solutions for the server side, the VDI side, and the hypervisor side. 

Horizon 7 is best-suited to small environments. I would rate it seven out of ten.

It is a powerful application platform for virtual isolation. 

The application delivery is it's most valuable feature. 

The support team's technicalities and the pricing of the solution need improvement.

Horizon is a scalable solution and it depends on the hardware. Around 45 users use the solution.

I have an open ticket with VMware. I rate the support an eight out of ten.

Horizon's initial setup is easy. Sometimes I can do the integration myself and sometimes I need an integrator. 

The solution is more expensive in comparison to Citrix but when comparing the technicalities VMware Horizon, is worth the money.

Between Citrix and Horizon, I would recommend Horizon for its management and availability.

I rate the overall solution a nine out of ten. 

Horizon 7's most valuable feature is the unified endpoint management, including the Orchestrator feature that helps those without any programming knowledge.

I previously used Citrix VDI, but Horizon 7 is easier to manage and has GUIs for everything.

The initial setup is simple as there is lots of documentation available to help. However, it may be a little difficult for those with no experience.

I would give Horizon 7 a rating of ten out of ten.
