Normally, email security has that capability just like other email securities. I think Trellix Email Security is a good process because previously whenever it was McAfee, the email security was not perfectly built. Now that it has converted into Trellix, they are selling that product and establishing the product capability. It is improving and we are trying to conduct discussions with the customer about Trellix Email Security as well.

Trellix Email Security now has dynamic response which is essential for email security. One of the differences is the reporting part, which is improved within Trellix Email Security.

The features I have found most valuable in Trellix Email Security are the content and email security content. All the phishing mail that is detected from the email security is very important. Mail filtering is the most important thing. Whenever I'm sending a mail from one place to another place, the filtering is the most important capability at that time. It is very important to filter the mail whenever it is sent from one place to another place or from email address to another email address, because all organizations want to know if anybody attached their valuable documents or not. If they want to send the mail to another mail address, it will filter any malicious link or any malicious documents that are attached. Receiving mail from another place also needs filtering. These things are very essential for mail security.

I think Trellix Email Security needs to improve different sides of email security, especially the filtering process. Email filtering needs some required reporting on it. If anybody sends any important file or files attached to the mail, whenever they send it to another person, they require that from restriction files they will not be able to send it through the mail. When they send the mail, they want to get the actual report on that, why they are sending and which way they are sending these emails. Those types of requirements customers want, and that part can be improved on Trellix Email Security.

Previously, we faced different types of problems when using encryption in ATM security. In ATM security, there are different types of vendors using it in the banking sector customers, such as VRG, Ncore, and CRM, and in most cases, we faced some difficulties with the CRM machine. The CRM machine is one kind of machine that can be used to withdraw and deposit money. Whenever they are using that encryption, encrypting the folder was not happening. Whenever we tried to encrypt a particular folder or file, it took a long time to encrypt. Sometimes it showed as inactive. Whenever we deploy the product from the ePO console to that particular machine, it shows that the product is inactive. After rebooting the system and again deploying the product, sometimes it resolves the problem. We faced difficulties deploying the product in the ATM machine, and the inactive machine also faced this kind of problem. For that reason, we have created different types of cases for different issues. Still, we have some customers that we are also facing that encryption issue. We have also obtained a proper solution for that. However, some cases we are usually using the encryption properly, but sometimes we're facing difficulties deploying the product and working on the deployment.

Whenever Trellix engineers suggest that, not only using a particular folder, you have to use full folders, such as full disk encryption. Sometimes, full disk encryption is not required for our customers. They want to encrypt different particular folders of different types. This type of problem we faced with previous encryption. We hope that it will be solved next time we get information, and perhaps not only from our side, but also you might get information from other customers.

Trellix Email Security is one of the good parts because all our organizations are very aware of email security and they are maybe using some exchange server, which is related to that email security purpose. The other side of the product is data loss security, and there are some other securities. We are working on Trellix Email Security, and some customers have talked about it.

My main use case for Trellix Email Security is to secure my email environment from phishing and virus attacks.

Trellix Email Security is used to secure my environment from viruses and phishing because there are numerous attacks in the current scenario. Cyberattacks are unlimited now, so security is the main priority that we must implement.

The best features Trellix Email Security offers include excellent AI and ML capabilities that detect all phishing attacks and handle security concerns, so we do not have to worry about viruses in email.

The AI and ML features of Trellix Email Security make a difference in my day-to-day work because we previously had to manually check for viruses and had the fear that a virus could be present. Now the system creates a report identifying phishing emails and all related concerns. We review one report daily, and if it is approved, it will deliver to the user; if it is not approved, then it will be blocked.

Trellix Email Security has positively impacted my organization because we previously experienced a data leak due to an email virus, but now we are secure and not experiencing any of these issues, which is beneficial for the company's important data that we can now protect from threats.

I think Trellix Email Security is excellent now and there is no need for improvement; we may see about that in future technology, but currently, according to current technology standards, it is sufficient.

I do not think there is anything at all, even a small detail, that could be improved or added to make Trellix Email Security even better.

Therefore, please secure your email environment first, and then you can proceed to the next step. I have rated this product a 10 out of 10 based on my experience.

My main use case for Trellix Email Security is based on my very overall good experience with it. The main issue right now with Trellix Email Security is price-wise. There are similar applications that provide similar services that are cheaper right now.

The most valuable functions or features in Trellix Email Security are the automation, the rules you can set up to copy other people into incoming emails, and the granularity of configuring policies. The platform's dynamic threat intelligence in email security works well.

For potential areas of improvement, Trellix can enable proper single sign-on as opposed to a local username and password. I would like to see single sign-on as an additional feature in Trellix Email Security.

The initial setup for Trellix Email Security is simple.

We do everything for the setup in-house and have not required integrators or consultants.

I would rate the pricing for Trellix Email Security as a five, where one is a high price and ten is reasonable.

I can compare Trellix Email Security with Mimecast and it is much cheaper than Mimecast. The only other thing I can compare it with is the old McAfee email gateways, and it is much better than those.

I do not use Trellix anomaly detection as I am not working with anomaly detection. We do not use encryption features in Trellix Email Security for maintenance, compliance, or anything related to regulations such as GDPR. I do not really use Trellix reports, but one of the things I appreciate about it is that it is a tool that just works. We want it for perimeter mail filtering, and that is what it does. I rarely have to touch it.

The main benefits that Trellix Email Security provides for me as an end user are good value for money and probably the main benefit is the huge decrease in spam reports from end users.

For email spam and malware threat prevention, Trellix Email Security just works and I really appreciate the product. I would rate this review with an overall rating of nine.

Trellix Email Security's main use case is to protect our users from phishing emails and any type of unknown or spam emails. We are protecting our users from spam emails and unknown links, and we have integrated Trellix Email Security with our emails. We have protected our email security with our endpoint security, which is also Trellix. We are using TI-reputation for our email security system, and it is working fine.

A specific example of how Trellix Email Security helped protect our users from phishing or spam emails occurred when, on weekends, users received multiple spam emails. Trellix protected us by recognizing the spam links, scanning them with anti-malware engines, and then quarantining the emails for our users. A notification is also sent to users if they know the sender, allowing them to request the admin to release the email. Multiple users requested us to analyze the email sender, and we found that this sender was a spam source using a phishing campaign against our company. Trellix protected us from that spam campaign, and I appreciate this.

One of our use cases for Trellix Email Security is to protect users from spam emails. If any user accidentally receives a spam email and clicks on a link within the email body, Trellix scans the link with anti-malware and sandboxing. If the link is safe, users will be able to access it. If the link is deemed malicious or unknown, Trellix blocks it for all users.

Trellix Email Security has positively impacted our organization by being a very impactful and powerful tool. It reduces the number of threats that users received before the implementation of Trellix. The threats have significantly decreased, and it helps users analyze standard emails and phishing campaigns. Trellix Email Security provides a very user-friendly environment, which is great.

The impact of Trellix Email Security is very good. The reporting shows that we have reviewed multiple times, and above 90% of threats have been blocked by Trellix Email Security monthly. This reporting indicates that Trellix Email Security has helped protect us from cyberattacks.

The best features of Trellix Email Security are the integration, the reputation system, and the administration console. The central control console that we access for email security is the same console we use for our endpoint management and endpoint security features like antivirus. This is a main use case that helps administrators manage operational work, which is why we are using it.

The integration with Trellix Email Security and the central administration console simplifies our daily work significantly. The dashboard of Trellix Email Security is very good, and the reporting features aid us in analyzing threat events. The graphical representation is clear, which is a key aspect of our use case.

To improve Trellix Email Security, I think the dashboard details could be enhanced. It would be more efficient if the Trellix team could differentiate between multiple email security engines within our dashboard and integrate threat analysis with the email security engine. This would assist administrators in reviewing and protecting our organization better.

Almost all features are already in place in Trellix Email Security. Enhancing the reporting administration dashboard could add value.

Trellix Email Security is stable. We have not experienced any downtime or issues. Since we manage it on-premises, we have not encountered any downtime. Everything is working fine, and the administration of Trellix Email Security is very user-friendly.

Trellix Email Security can handle growth as our organization expands. We have invested in multiple cybersecurity solutions, and Trellix Email Security is one of them. Recently, we have expanded our budget on email security and other security tools.

The customer support for Trellix Email Security is very efficient and timely responsive.

Before Trellix Email Security, we used Proofpoint email security.

We do not rely on a return on investment for Trellix Email Security. Our primary focus is protecting our users from threats and ensuring security. We operate under government regulations, which is why we do not prioritize ROI.

The setup cost of Trellix Email Security is almost none, but the licensing is per user, and it has competitive pricing compared to other email security engines such as Trend Micro and Proofpoint.

My advice to others looking into using Trellix Email Security is to evaluate and test it against their current solutions. I believe it will prove to be very efficient and enhance their company's security.
