Digital signatures have transformed document workflows and save significant time every month
Pros and Cons
  • "SignNow is a very intuitive digital signature service that is very solid and cost-effective."
  • "One of the areas that SignNow should greatly improve is on easier sorting of completed documents."

What is our primary use case?

My main use case for SignNow is that it's a very intuitive digital signature service that is very solid and cost-effective. SignNow is very easy to use for someone who is not technically well-equipped; it saves time as we don't have to send documents manually or hard copies for signature.

Using this tool, we primarily use it for all sorts of signatures, both internal and external. Internal signatures are for documents which require approval and authorized signature internally while external signatures are with our clients, vendors, resellers, and partners for all official documentation so that signatures can be done easily and smoothly in a stipulated time.

What is most valuable?

Some of the best features that SignNow offers are an intuitive user interface that is easy to use. The templates are very easy, and creating templates to make the process more efficient is very easy and time-saving.

SignNow streamlines all of my daily contracts and makes it easy to save templates to use over and over again. It helps me keep track of which signed document by allowing me to create folders within the app. I'm very happy with the product we use.

SignNow has positively impacted my organization by saving time through using the reusable templates. Document saving and organizing has increased our security for our documents. We've been able to save 50 to 60 hours per month while using SignNow.

What needs improvement?

One of the areas that SignNow should greatly improve is on easier sorting of completed documents. Traces about emails from SignNow when a form is completed is not working so well. The integration with Google tools for collecting response data is very weak and not so seamless.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using SignNow for the past six years.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

SignNow is very stable.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

SignNow's scalability is very good as it handles all my organization's growth.

How are customer service and support?

The customer support is very responsive and proactive 24/7, and I have no issues with them; they are very great.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

Before SignNow, I used Trello.

How was the initial setup?

Setting was straightforward with no technical hitches or glitches. The customer support is very active and responsive. When we have anything, they are quick to respond.

What was our ROI?

I have noticed time and money saved by having clients sign our documents electronically, which is very significant as opposed to having clients meet in the office to sign the document. There is a lot of time and cost saved, and we are able to represent out-of-state clients using the technology.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

My experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing is that the pricing is very cost-effective, and I have no complaints about the price.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

Before choosing SignNow, I evaluated other options like Jira and Jira software.

What other advice do I have?

My advice to others looking into using SignNow is that it's a great and cheap alternative to other tools. It does everything perfectly and is very easy to use as it works on the documents to be signed on time and sends them again on time. SignNow is very easy and convenient to use and get the documents verified and signed. I recommend this solution to individuals and all organizations. I have given this review a rating of 9.

Which deployment model are you using for this solution?

Digital signing has transformed contract workflows and now saves time with secure ID verification
Pros and Cons
  • "SignNow has changed the way we conduct contract, agreement, and form signatures, improving the process and making it faster and smoother with minimal errors, which has helped speed up contracts getting signed and ultimately saved time in completing work and approvals."
  • "I would suggest that SignNow improve by providing a summary of the document, as that is the one feature I think could be better."

What is our primary use case?

SignNow is used for e-signing documents instead of physical signatures. We use SignNow whenever we involve a lot of contracts that require multiple signatures. It would be very difficult to obtain physical signatures on physical copies, which would then need to be photocopied and printed, with those copies needing to be shared again with the specified person. Instead, SignNow allows users to simply click on a URL for the document that points to the specified area where signatures or e-signatures need to be placed.

We do not use SignNow daily, but whenever we require signatures from people on contracts, agreements, or forms, we use SignNow to make the process flow easy and smoother.

What is most valuable?

SignNow offers features such as allowing only the person with access to perform the e-sign process. A particular ID verification is conducted during the document e-sign process, with a valid government ID being requested at the end of the verification process during final submission. This is one of the best features.

The ID verification process is a more secure method. If the link is accessed by an unauthorized user and they attempt to complete the verification process, it automatically gets rejected if the user is not the specified person designated to sign it. This provides better security and also speeds up the process, allowing users to directly click on the link and complete the signing process on any device, whether it be mobile, tablet, or laptop.

Notifications and integrations are important features. Whenever signing is completed, document verification and ID verification are finished, and a notification is provided indicating whether the process is complete, whether it is a success or failure. We have integration with REST APIs and XML, which can be integrated to make the document sign process smooth.

SignNow has changed the way we conduct contract, agreement, and form signatures. Instead of using physical methods, we now use SignNow, which has improved the process and made it faster and smoother. We have noticed minimal errors as it points to the particular area where the signature needs to be captured, which has helped in speeding up contracts getting signed and ultimately saving time in completing work faster and approvals.

What needs improvement?

I would suggest that SignNow improve by providing a summary of the document, as that is the one feature I think could be better.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been working in the current field for five years.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

SignNow is very stable.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

SignNow is highly scalable.

How are customer service and support?

Customer support is very good. I would rate the customer support at nine based on my experience.

How would you rate customer service and support?

Positive

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

We have not used any different solution earlier. We did evaluate DocuSign before choosing SignNow.

What was our ROI?

I can share relevant metrics that indicate significant money and time savings. We no longer need to take physical copies or printouts and share them for the signing process with users, which gradually reduces paperwork. This e-signing has helped in faster signing of documents, which has saved time.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

The pricing is in line with industry standards, so that is not a concern. The setup cost is also in line with industry standards. The initial setup cost will be high, but once the setup is completed, the cost gradually lowers as it needs to be integrated with different products initially.

Which deployment model are you using for this solution?

Private Cloud

If public cloud, private cloud, or hybrid cloud, which cloud provider do you use?

Amazon Web Services (AWS)

Prompt tech support; good pricing
Pros and Cons
  • "Before we had this solution, we had about 30% of customers that didn't sign agreements. Now that we have SignNow, that number has dropped to less than five percent."
  • "The area I think this solution can improve is user features."

What is our primary use case?

My primary use case for this solution is for agreements for the customers.

How has it helped my organization?

Before we started using SignNow, we used to send enrollment agreements to our customers via email, manually asking them to sign those agreements. It was troublesome for them to print the agreements out, sign them, scan them, and then send them back. That was causing a lot of issues when it comes to getting the agreement before the actual contract starts.

The reminder feature is also very important. When we send them this agreement electronically, it looks nice to the customer.

Before we had this solution, we had about 30% of customers that didn't sign agreements. Now that we have SignNow, that number has dropped to less than five percent.

What is most valuable?

The feature I like a lot is the ability to transfer files to our cloud servers.

What needs improvement?

The area I think this solution can improve is user features. It didn't make sense for us to have individual user licensing. We have one license for the whole company and since agreements are public knowledge to us, there are no secrets to hide and keep confidential. Ideally, we'd like a way to create a super user under a master user, instead of paying for different type of accounts for each user.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using this solution for about seven months.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

I would rate the stability of this solution a 10, on a scale from one to 10, with one being the worst and 10 being the best.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

I would rate the scalability of this solution a nine, on a scale from one to 10, with one being the worst and 10 being the best. There are six people using this solution in our company right now.

How are customer service and support?

I would rate the technical support of this solution a 10, on a scale from one to 10, with one being the worst and 10 being the best. The reason for this rating is, even though I contacted them only once, I had a lot of questions and they answered them promptly.

How would you rate customer service and support?

Positive

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

Previous to SignNow, we tried using DocuSign, but I think it was too strict and passive compared to our needs and SignNow was a perfect solution for our company.

How was the initial setup?

The initial setup process was straightforward. I didn't have to have IT department help, but I rather did it myself. It was easy and straightforward.

What was our ROI?

I would say that we have seen a return on our investment.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

My impression is that the pricing is pretty good. Based on the fact that we have one license that is being shared by six people, it's pretty good. We initially considered having a license for everyone individually but that was going to cost too much. We decided to have the enterprise account because of the branding. We decided on the enterprise plan because we could brand with it, which is a feature the lower-level accounts do not have.

What other advice do I have?

I would advise other people looking into this solution, before they buy a license, to get a trial version and test it.

I would rate this solution as a whole a nine, on a scale from one to 10, with one being the worst and 10 being the best.

Simple, convenient, and allows users to automatically send reminders
Pros and Cons
  • "It was easy to send it around to only the relevant parties."
  • "I'm not sure if this option was available; however, after having the form signed, I had to send it to a third party that would take the form and deals with it. There wasn't an option to have the forms, once signed, to a third party."

What is our primary use case?

I use the solution for very simple things. We use the product in the legal department to do application agreements. I send forms for clients to sign. I created a template and sent it to the client.

How has it helped my organization?

The document could be sent around to everyone to fill in and sign out. We could send contracts to the relevant person's email, and they would get it and sign it. Then, the finalized document would be sent to everyone, which made the process very easy.

What is most valuable?

I was able to get very proficient with the solution. It was easy to use.

It was very convenient that we could just upload a PDF and create some fields where people could fill in the information and save it as a template.

It was easy to send it around to only the relevant parties.

It was much simpler than sending around physical copies.

The solution was easy to fill out and move to the proper places. Using it was much more reliable and less prone to errors.

Since it wasn't handwritten, it was more legible.

You could automatically send reminders to people to help prompt action and remove the need for follow-up. You could also send reminders manually.

It's quite stable.

What needs improvement?

I do not recall having any issues with the product.

At the time, when I was building fields to be editable by the recipient, I recall having some issues. However, that was a while ago. I can't recall the exact issue. I simply recall it being slightly difficult.

I'm not sure if this option was available; however, after having the form signed, I had to send it to a third party that would take the form and deals with it. There wasn't an option to have the forms, once signed, to a third party. Just the parties that had signed would get a final copy.

For how long have I used the solution?

I used the solution for a while. I stopped using it. However, I have used it within the last 12 to 18 months. I used it in total for two to three years.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

The solution was stable and reliable. I never had a failure.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

I did not attempt to scale the solution.

We had ten to 15 users on the solution.

How are customer service and support?

I did not deal with technical support.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

Our client suggested this solution to me, which is why I used it.

I changed jobs, and I'm no longer using any solution.

How was the initial setup?

I was not involved in the deployment process.

The solution did not require any maintenance. Any maintenance needed was likely done by SignNow.

What was our ROI?

We did witness a very good ROI. It made everything more streamlined. Everyone was happy with it.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

This is a SaaS product. We did have to pay a fee in order to use it.

My understanding is the price was not the least expensive; however, for a medium-sized company, it was affordable.

What other advice do I have?

I was an end-user.

I'd recommend the solution. People should try it. It would probably help reduce workloads.

I would rate the solution eight out of ten.

A stable cloud-based electronic signature solution that works well
Pros and Cons
  • "I like that it works well for my company. I will not be switching to another solution. I don't have any complaints."
  • "In the next release, I would like more protection. Security is of the highest importance for our company."

What is our primary use case?

We use SignNow to get signatures on contracts.

What is most valuable?

I like that it works well for my company. I will not be switching to another solution. I don't have any complaints.

What needs improvement?

In the next release, I would like more protection. Security is of the highest importance for our company.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using SignNow for about a year. We sign contracts with this application.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

SignNow is a stable solution.

On a scale from one to ten, I would give stability a ten.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

I don't know about scalability, but we have over 100 users.

How was the initial setup?

The initial setup is straightforward. You can download it from the App Store. Our clients can click the link on an email, which connects them directly to the document, and we both get what we want.

What other advice do I have?

I would recommend SignNow to potential users.

On a scale from one to ten, I would give SignNow an eight.
