Prisma Cloud reduced costs. With the different service providers and different subscription models that we had previously, we divided the subscriptions between the analysts. They were responsible for the issues related to the subscription. We had a team of six people previously. After the implementation of Prisma Cloud, all the issues got consolidated, and our team size got reduced to two. The productivity increased because the same analyst could see past issues, revisit those issues, learn quickly, and fix similar issues. They got an idea of how to fix a similar issue, so the overall productivity increased, which reduced the cost.

Prisma Cloud takes away a lot of manual work for our clients. It has reduced costs by not having to work with pre-COVID-19 traditional networking scenarios. It has given them the ability to have staff working securely from anywhere on the globe.

Prisma Cloud has helped us reduce costs, and there is also efficiency. The cost management team knows exactly how much we have saved, but as per the 2023 report, we have had about 37% savings from not having to spend on multiple products. We were able to achieve the same things with Prisma Cloud.

Our initial Prisma Cloud deployment has already delivered a 5 percent cost saving, and we expect these savings to grow as we expand its use across our cloud environment.

We might have witnessed some cost savings. If anything gets stolen, it would cost our company monetarily; however, that hasn't happened.

Prisma Cloud offers significant cost savings for customers. Previously, customers managed multiple firewalls, including internal and external devices. With Prisma Access, this complex management is eliminated, as Palo Alto handles firewall management. Customers configure and purchase a license to access gateways for end-user connections. This eliminates the need to purchase expensive individual firewalls, which can cost billions. While customers retain visibility through a provided portal to monitor traffic, the primary benefit is the streamlined management and cost reduction achieved through Prisma Cloud.

Palo Alto products are not inexpensive. They all carry a high price. However, if you measure the ROI from it, you will understand why.
