Prisma Cloud provided a single window for all security issues, irrespective of the subscription, account, or service provider I was trying to see. The information was totally transparent with Prisma Cloud. Otherwise, it was a daunting task for us to manage everything within AWS itself because each region's or subaccount's data needed to be moved over to another account to see a full picture, and a similar approach was required in Azure as well. The data from a different subscription needed to be copied, which required a batch process to do this job on a daily basis. By integrating AWS and Azure subscriptions with Prisma Cloud, the same task became easier. It was as simple as adding a new account and a credential. That was it. Prisma Cloud took care of the rest of the functions.

I thought Prisma was great. It was robust and had many capabilities. We saw most of what we were looking for. The benefit was pretty easy and pretty quick. Prisma is a top-notch product.

We have about 7,000 assets of different customers. We are managing the security posture. Prisma Cloud is the product that we have engaged or bought to manage the security posture for different companies. They are e-commerce companies that are into online shopping, payment companies, banks, and even online bakeries and cloth stores. Prisma Cloud is a very nice product. We have never seen a breach. I have never come across a situation where we can say that Prisma Cloud caused some kind of data leakage. I have never come across anything like that.

Our cloud visibility was limited before Prisma Cloud. Now, we have a good level of insight, not perfect, but significantly improved. We can monitor new deployments, configurations, and overall activity. This is crucial because most organizations, like ours, are increasingly cloud-based. Stricter regulations require compliance, and Prisma Cloud simplifies this. They offer pre-built compliance standards so we can easily generate reports, ensuring we meet our obligations.

Prisma Cloud has significantly enhanced our cloud security posture. When deploying applications to the cloud, prioritizing robust security is essential, especially within the complex Kubernetes environment. Prisma Cloud's comprehensive toolbox enables us to design and implement robust security systems, including RBAC. This unified platform allows for proactive security measures and rapid response to attacks, eliminating the need for multiple third-party tools. Its consolidated approach to scanning, monitoring, and traffic control proved highly effective during our previous engagement.

Prisma Cloud keeps our servers secure in most cases. We get the most value from the alerts when we have security issues. The runtime protection is also a good thing. We're also exploring the possibility of automating the CICD pipeline.

Increased visibility is the main benefit. There is increased visibility across multiple cloud platforms. Before implementing Prisma Cloud, cloud-native solutions were available, but they did not show all of the problems that were present. There is especially increased visibility into cloud permissions for user roles specifically, and service principles if we talk about Microsoft Azure Cloud. Prisma Cloud enabled that visibility and enabled the teams to see those misconfigurations and start addressing them before going to production. That is an improvement.

It has a lot of features. It has different modules for application security, cloud security, DSP, etc. There are different versions. Prisma Cloud provides overall network security, application data security, and customer data security. If a customer has a Palo Alto firewall installed on their on-premise data centers, its logs can be integrated into Prisma Cloud. From the cloud infrastructure perspective and the network infrastructure perspective, Prisma Cloud helps to improve the overall security posture. It is very helpful.

Prisma Cloud provides comprehensive visibility into cloud-based resources. Most organizations are shifting their workloads from on-prem to the cloud. Nowadays, everyone is using the cloud infrastructure, and it is a very big challenge for every organization because, without a CNAPP solution, they do not have much visibility into their cloud resources. CNAPP solutions like Prisma Cloud provide visibility into any misconfigurations, threats, or anomalies. They are very good for code-to-cloud visibility.

We are more aware of things. If something suspicious is happening, we can track it and take action on that. Also, if any critical issue or vulnerability is reported that can impact our infrastructure, we can take recommended action from there. It helps us to detect the root cause. If there is any data leakage or server compromises, we can get the details and investigate things in detail. We get the API call as well. We get to know which endpoints are not set or how we can secure them. We can secure the endpoints. It helps us to reduce any attacks. We are using a lot of things from Prisma Cloud.

People have other tools and in the end, we don't use the full capabilities of a product that we pay for.
People have other tools and in the end, we don't use the full capabilities of a product that we pay for. It's partially related to the difficulty to integrate Prisma Cloud by Palo Alto Networks runtime in our company's support process.
