I have worked with PeerSpot since I joined UiPath, which was seven years ago. We are collecting the customer voice with their help, either through targeted campaigns, physical events, or organically. They are my partner in shaping the voice of the customer around agentic stories, offering support in capturing the best use cases out there and delivering powerful assets that I can share internally.

All the work I am doing with PeerSpot shows value in all the campaigns we're driving, by creating a process filled with authenticity, real proofs, and third-party validation.

The humans in the loop have been the greatest individuals I had the luck to work with. The most powerful thing that PeerSpot does, in comparison with other peer platforms, is their mindfulness of the content they capture, ensuring it is of the best value. They also make a strong user verification, so that no empty value comes in.

All the points are very well represented. I would focus a bit on the vendor dashboard to make it more intuitive.

I have been using it for more than seven years.

I have been using other three vendors since the beginning, but each of them has its own advantages. PeerSpot's strongest aspects are the quality and the length of the reviews, and the way they collect interviews at physical events.

The setup cost is acceptable and in line with the budget that I receive annually for the subscription part. The events area is a bit over the budget, but it is worth it.

I have considered G2 and TrustRadius.

My main use case for PeerSpot is reviews. I do not have a quick specific example of how I use reviews on PeerSpot.

PeerSpot's best features are reviews. What stands out to me about the reviews is the detail. PeerSpot has positively impacted my organization because we use them a lot. The frequent use of PeerSpot helps us work quicker.

PeerSpot can be improved with better AI.

I have been using PeerSpot for eight years.

I do not have anything else to add. I do not want to add more about the features. I do not want to add more about the needed improvements. Regarding PeerSpot's AI capabilities, I think the governance and security question is unclear and I have no idea what that means. I don't know how to answer whether I feel comfortable and safe with how PeerSpot handles my data and privacy. Regarding PeerSpot's AI capabilities, I don't think about the accuracy and reliability of output. I will move on to the next question about how PeerSpot is deployed in my organization. I don't know how different departments within my organization leverage the insights and content generated by PeerSpot. I give PeerSpot a rating of 10.

We use PeerSpot reviews in every aspect of marketing, from product pages to social promotion, in pitch decks to customer success stories.

PeerSpot has given us so many great reviews with context, making them easy to share on the website and with prospects with a simple link.

I love the ready-made widgets that we can incorporate on our website anywhere, and I can customize them as new reviews come online.

I have no improvement suggestions.

We have used the solution for many years.

We use Gartner Peer Insights as well. It is not as user-friendly, and the reviews are not nearly as comprehensive.

The customer relationship team is so helpful, often providing ideas for use of the content and ideas for generating more reviews.
