What do I think about the stability of the solution?
The solution is stable.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
The solution is not scalable because it is very expensive if you scale it up too much. Hence, it is very limiting to use. Currently, 25 people in our organization are using the solution.
How are customer service and support?
We do not have experience with customer service and support.
How was the initial setup?
The initial setup is straightforward.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
The pricing depends on our requirements. If you're going to use the bare minimum, then the pricing is quite cheap and is a good start for many companies. However, if you're going to do it full-scale and have 30 months of data, then the solution may not be the best fit.
What other advice do I have?
I rate the solution a six out of ten. The solution is good, but the user interface can be improved. The solution is easy to use and to start with, but it does not measure up to the more complex things.
