We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use.
Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"The 3D Coverage is a good feature that shows the signal propagation in three dimensions.""It can speed up design.""iBwave Wi-Fi's tech support is great. They pick up their phones. I have no complaints.""The stability and feature set of the application are top notch and can't be matched.""The solution's 3D imaging is amazing.""Compared to other tools, iBwave Wi-Fi provides 95% accuracy and generates heatmaps.""I find the high-quality Heatmap generation, multi-floor, and wire mapping features to be most valuable."

"This is the only solution in the world that gives you a digital resilience score.""RedSeal integrates the network and gives us a visual or graphical overview of our network. If an organization is geographically dispersed, for instance, with one office in Canada and one office in the Philippines, the whole network, including all devices, is integrated into RedSeal, and you can see from where the traffic is going in and out.""The most valuable features are network mapping and configuration."

"The solution helps us meet our compliance needs.""The most valuable feature of Tufin is we have better visibility and management of our file infrastructure.""It's hard to pick the most valuable feature. All of them are valuable, they're all critical for us... ChangeTrack obviously has a lot of very good features, like the risk analysis, the USP, and the Policy Browser.""We are able to discover firewall rules that are too broad and widen the security footprint.""One of the things that came up this week was the ability to decommission a server, which we thought was interesting. We had a workshop recently that talked about all the things that need to be thought about when managing firewalls. People said, "A lot of times, things get forgotten when you are decommissioning a server." E.g., making sure rules are taken away and taking out the rule set. The fact that there is an automated workload for that can be helpful.""It has helped us to meet our compliance mandates. We have some requirements that we need to provide more visibility on the risk levels of our firewall base and Tufin helped us with that requirement.""The change workflow process is flexible and customizable. We have one guy who has never logged into Tufin ever in his life. He sits down and in 30 minutes had written an automation routine, then went back and changed it. He did that with no training. For me, that is a major benefit.""It has allowed us to be more efficient in our processing of firewall requests."

Cons
"I am currently looking for an alternative due to my reluctance with the reliability of this product.""I would like to be able to see two buildings at the same time so that you can create a campus view.""The cost of the solution could be improved. It's extraordinarily expensive.""Areas of improvement would include more functionality in the Mobile App, expanded reporting features, and some shortcut features.""iBwave Wi-Fi doesn't have a distributor feed platform.""It would be good if we could involve a visual while designing the backhaul.""It would do iBwave well to become more involved with their clients."

"Sometimes, it required us to refresh the configuration. When we integrated any of the configurations into the device, sometimes, it could not detect the exact picture of that device. So, we had to reset the device to see that if it was giving true-positive results or false-positive results. In some cases, we were not able to get true-positive results. There was some kind of bug in that version. Its interface is not user-friendly and needs to be improved. It takes time to understand the interface and various options. Skybox has quite a user-friendly interface. They could provide a feature for compliance audit policy if it is already not there. A compliance audit policy ensures that all configurations are based on the best practices standards, such as CIS benchmarks standard or other similar standards. It provides visibility about whether your device configuration is based on best practices or not. Usually, such a feature is provided by other solutions such as Meteor or Tenable Nessus.""The dashboard should be improved to make correlating data easier to do.""One of the areas of concern is the GUI. It is important to our customers that the GUI looks beautiful. It's a Java Client, so you have a Java dependency."

"My worry with Tufin is that it cannot connect to Fortinet, which is what I want to do.""The initial setup of Tufin was complex. We had some issues with the architecture.""They are sort of at the pilot stage on some of their products. I saw the Orca and Iris products yesterday. My initial impression of these products were that they were good products, but I felt like some of their features overlapped with SecureTrack and SecureChange, which they are already doing. So, I just wondered what direction they're going in? I understand that they are cloud products, but are these security products going to overlap each other's features at some point? This is my initial concern.""I would rate their reports as a four out of ten. I don't like the way that they are shown. It is too hard to export and send them to our clients.""The initial setup was complex. We have a big environment which contributed to the setup's complexity.""We will be using the appliance based product, which cannot be scaled as much. It is a limitation in the hardware.""It does not natively support all of the Check Point functions which is a big deal.""I don't get the full visibility. There are a lot of improvements which can be done in terms of visibility."
