As the Head of Marketing, my main use case for ChatGPT Team - Enterprise is for everything I do for marketing, whether that's writing emails, social posts, landing page copy, ideas for events, or strategy for what we should do. Pretty much every aspect of my job I use it for.

One specific example of a task where ChatGPT Team - Enterprise made a big difference for me is for an upcoming webinar in a few weeks. It really helped me create the outline and develop the plan. It helped me develop ideas for what the assets should look like. It also helped me come up with the landing page copy, the email copy, social media copy, and more.

The best features ChatGPT Team - Enterprise offers are that it helps with every aspect of what I do, whether that's strategy or day-to-day copy. The functionality to share my chats and collaborate with my team on the actual website app has been huge as well.

The collaboration and sharing chats with my team specific feature has changed the way my team works together because it's valuable to see what others have done, and it's an easy way to share, allowing them to build on top of that.

Another huge feature is the coding function. As a lone marketer for the team, I have been able to essentially write code for various landing pages or calculators using the code function that I never would have been able to do without the product.

ChatGPT Team - Enterprise has positively impacted my organization by making us all more productive. We all have one of the most powerful tools ever at our disposal, so it's acted like a force multiplier.

One area where ChatGPT Team - Enterprise can be improved is hallucinations. They have gotten slightly better, but sometimes it provides information that is either not relevant or made up. There is a little bit of spot check work required. However, it has been getting better, and that would be the main thing. There have been a couple of times I have used it and the results I have gotten are either completely made up or not true.

Currently, I'm the only person on my whole marketing team; I run everything. Without ChatGPT Team - Enterprise, I wouldn't have been able to do a tenth of what I do currently. It helps me strategize, it helps me with social media, it helps me do email, and it helps me do everything. It helps me do things I never would have been able to do otherwise. I never would have been able to code at all. I never learned that, and with this tool, I'm able to do anything.

My advice for others looking into using ChatGPT Team - Enterprise is to do it. In my personal opinion, every marketer, sales, or corporate job should be using ChatGPT in every aspect of their life to get them more productive and make their companies better. I would highly, highly, highly recommend it. I gave this review a rating of 10.

I am aware that a business integration can be done, but since we deal with sensitive information, at the moment, we are not integrating ChatGPT Team - Enterprise with any of our data or workflows.

It is pretty valuable that we can set up prompts to define the context for conversations with ChatGPT Team - Enterprise, which enables it to stay the course during responses. What would have taken a few attempts at prompting takes far less time.

The functionality of being able to upload documents, code, and get reviews is full-fledged on the enterprise version. Multiple models of ChatGPT Team - Enterprise are available, so based on specific tasks, we can use a specific model.

There are multiple users in this scenario, and while it has a positive impact overall, the value proposition is still yet to be clarified.

In our case and scenario, the implementation is good with enterprise data, but if we could set up a small language model for ChatGPT Team - Enterprise to work with in a very bounded and independent way, that would be great. There are some limitations where we can leverage ChatGPT Team - Enterprise for some of our business workflows. There are issues of cost and viability, with various concerns around these aspects, but that would be a great enhancement for us.

It is challenging to make direct comparisons. Tools such as Perplexity or Microsoft Copilot provide decent responses, but some functionality is missing. Perplexity, based on personal licenses rather than enterprise solutions, helps focus on research topics but offers limited interaction methods.

ChatGPT Team - Enterprise is really good at understanding and automating menial tasks. While we still have progress to make to completely maximize our utilization, the overall outlook is very positive. On a scale of 1-10, this solution receives a rating of 8.

One additional way I use ChatGPT Team - Enterprise is through its support for team collaboration. A single project can be handled by a team, allowing work on a single project to be completed on time compared to doing it alone. Team collaboration is one of the most important features it provides.

One of the best features ChatGPT Team - Enterprise offers is content generation as well as generating content and coding, which are the features I appreciate most. I also appreciate the collaboration feature because it has helped us collaborate with our team easily, without difficulties, and in a systematic manner.

What makes the content generation and collaboration features stand out for me is that under content generation, the feature I appreciate most is its ability to analyze the content and the topics I write about, producing well-corrected grammar and well-structured content.

Additionally, the collaboration feature helps teams join together and handle a single project on time. I also want to mention the storage feature, which allows ChatGPT Team - Enterprise to store projects for a good amount of time unless deleted, making it more helpful compared to other sites.

ChatGPT Team - Enterprise has positively impacted my organization by simplifying work. Tasks that could have required five or six people can now be completed with fewer individuals. It has also helped us create and produce well-constructed content with great grammar, and it stores information that is easily accessible whenever needed, making it impactful in my organization.

I would not recommend ChatGPT as a standalone product. I think it could be beneficial when used alongside other tools, but as a standalone solution, its accuracy cannot be entirely trusted.

ChatGPT is used to write terminal scripts for Macintosh for remotely renaming a machine based upon a formula. We use it to remotely create users through remote terminal commands so we don't have to remote into the user's computer and interrupt their workflow. We're remoting in, but we're doing it through the terminal so it doesn't bother them. We use ChatGPT also to write scripts on Windows computers to rename the computer, to restart programs that are frozen, and to install programs.

For general troubleshooting, we use it to look up possible answers for a problem. It speeds up the process, whereas the previous model was that a customer would call up on a phone and you would ask them numerous questions and tell them what to type and hope they could fix it. Then it moved to where the internet came and you would go to a forum. After forums, it got to a point where you actually have your own website with your own facts and knowledge bases and look up an answer. Then it got to where Google started categorizing everything, so everybody would just go to Google and type in a question and hope an answer pops up.

ChatGPT makes it quicker to find the information. You still have to verify it works and it's accurate, but you've always had to do that because the information could be old and you don't realize it.

ChatGPT is writing the basic script to do functions. A 40-line script to do something, ChatGPT might write in 15 seconds, where it might have taken me 15 minutes before. It's allowing me to do my job quicker, which lets me help customers quicker, which lets nobody have to stay late at work, either me or them.

ChatGPT has positively impacted my organization. It's given some employees who normally aren't programmers the ability to quickly generate programming code that does something, and then they can look at it and get an idea of what it does. It's helped them learn quicker and it hasn't replaced their tedious skill set in some cases, but it has improved their knowledge in other ways. It's just as the keyboard didn't negate people's ability to communicate, it just made everybody's handwriting consistently the same, versus writing with a pencil.

There are areas where ChatGPT can still improve. If you ask it the same question twice, it gives you a slightly different answer, which even a human being does unless it memorizes something. As information changes, ChatGPT is obviously going to do it differently, slightly different each time. If you ask it to, the more simple your question is, the more chance you're going to get multiple answers. For instance, if you tell it to draw a green box with a white circle, it might make it bigger or smaller or one shade of green versus another. The more specific your query is, your question, the better the result you're going to get.

ChatGPT is kind of already getting better, so just continuous improvements are needed.

Originally, we used the free version and then determined it was nice to be able to do the features saving your queries and looking up all the answers you need throughout the day. As we've relied on it more, then we are willing to pay for it, because otherwise, the free version runs into a limit to where it states, "You can't do any more questions today, you have to wait till tomorrow."

ChatGPT is the one that we go to use as a standalone product. The Copilot we use basically when we're only inside of Windows. The other one we use in SuperOps, that's our MSP software. It actually builds a local language model of all our service tickets. It's leveraging the AI concept to build a model to where when we search a ticket for a printer problem, it searches all our tickets across all our customers to find the answer we may have already done and then build an answer. It's constantly learning on our internal documentation.

It keeps our privacy because if we were using ChatGPT, there's no way for us to feed in all of our customers' information and keep it private; it would go to the entire model for everybody out there. The internal one we're using with SuperOps is built using a special tier to where all your data is inside and protected. It's not shared with any other users of the software. There is a level you can do that with ChatGPT, according to my understanding, but we don't pay for that level.

I haven't seen if ChatGPT is used with AWS; I haven't bothered to see what their back end is.

When I write an important document, I ask it to analyze it. When I create presentations, I often ask ChatGPT to create images for me. I often ask ChatGPT to summarize long texts for me. I also use it for complex knowledge research where I would have to use multiple searches on Google.

The chat and talk functionality and the search functionality are the best features ChatGPT offers. I also switched a lot of my searches from Google to ChatGPT, and it scales well. More people have easier access to knowledge.

We used Rockset as an SQL interface on some of DynamoDB. Our use case is primarily for customer-facing data reporting.

The ease of integrating Rockset once with DynamoDB and minimal maintenance has improved our organizational efficiency. The performance on the SQL queries was pretty fast, which was a significant benefit for us.

The most valuable feature is the ease of service. It just works once integrated with DynamoDB. The performance on SQL queries is fast.

For our use, there is no room for improvement. It depends on how you use it, however, from our perspective, it has met our needs.

We started using Rockset around the end of 2020 and continued until earlier this year.

From how we have used it, Rockset has always been stable. We never saw any issues. It always performed faster than our overall customer portal.

Our use case wasn't anything crazy, so for what we have done, it was totally fine. We run pretty small instances, so I can't judge its scalability for larger use cases.

Customer service and support have been very good. I know the founding team well and have always felt that we received good service. We had more interactions compared to other software and services.

For what they do, I think Rockset is priced just right. I wouldn't say it's cheap or expensive. It's definitely worth the money for the problem it solves.

Rockset is now bought by OpenAI. It’s uncertain if Rockset will continue to exist as it is. OpenAI may have its own agenda for it. They have started canceling some contracts with customers, so this might change how Rockset operates.
