The ASCII portal sometimes provides incorrect input for queries, but when I type them into the AI, I receive relevant feedback and information. I share the troubleshooting steps with end users, removing sensitive information such as IP addresses from the logs. ActiveBatch by Redwood has positively impacted my organization by efficiently managing a significant volume of data and workflow between our database and applications on the web browser. It has been a great experience, as we manage almost 5,000 clients without any hiccups.

I handle the ActiveBatch by Redwood maintenance through upgrades and provide access and complete support to the end users. I manage all the ActiveBatch by Redwood handling, including errors or exceptions that come through the ActiveBatch by Redwood application and daily monthly maintenance as well. A quick specific example of a task I manage with ActiveBatch by Redwood is my day-to-day activity, which starts with the plenty of jobs that are running. The main view for me is the Operations view, where I monitor all jobs related to it. If any jobs that have been monitored are running or in the process of preprocessing and have been stuck for a long time, then it alerts us.
