While I don't have a choice, I really appreciate the Microsoft solution since it's integrated with all the other 365 services.

Microsoft Purview Communication Compliance has positively affected my meeting compliance with compliance regulators. I mostly use it for when we're going to run out of records.
It hasn't affected my visibility into my estates.
Overall, I would rate the product a seven out of ten. I would rate it higher if it was more user-friendly. You really have to sink into the platform to get the information you need. If it could be clearer in terms of directives, that would be ideal.
