What is our primary use case?
My main use case for Dropbox Sign is its ease of use within our company as well as with our clients that we service. It has allowed me to get documents to our staff and potential clients quickly without issue. It is simple to use and has minimal difficulty even for those who are not electronically savvy. It has cut down the time to get items completed, and it is nice to be able to send reminders to our clients to sign documents.
I use Dropbox Sign for internal contracts such as those with employees, NDAs, and many others, as well as contracts for our clients and talent we collaborate with on a regular basis. Our HR team and marketing team use it the most, and we have found that Dropbox Sign is the easiest way to organize all documents and users in one central location.
Dropbox Sign works best for sending out pre-made documents or contracts that need a binding signature. It also works well for storing templates of documents that need to be used more than once and saving time through reusing the templates. Dropbox Sign ensures that clients and team members collaborate even in remote areas or on the go, using features like the robust and intuitive mobile app.
What is most valuable?
Some of the best features that Dropbox Sign offers include ease of use, integration with other platforms, and cost-effectiveness.
I can tell you more about the integration with other platforms, as we seamlessly integrated with Google Drive and Salesforce. It stands out as a highly valued integration feature. It streamlines document management processes and ensures contracts are securely received without any hassle. It is a very cost-effective tool, providing excellent value for money. Not only does it accelerate contract processing, but it also enhances security measures while effectively reducing transaction costs.
I find it very easy to use, with a straightforward and intuitive user interface. I love how easy it is to add dates, names, and text into documents, thereby enhancing our overall workflow efficiency.
Dropbox Sign has positively impacted my organization by providing a central storage point for all employee onboarding records where it is easy to access and search for them. It improves efficiency in collecting and completing onboarding documents and also improves efficiency in the timeline and ease of use for clients' contracts. We have seen a faster time to contract signature compared to our previous solution, which was DocuSign, achieving a 50% faster contract signature. We have also experienced an easy employee onboarding process and significant time savings.
Reminders are sent automatically, but we do not know how many times reminders are sent.
What needs improvement?
Dropbox Sign sometimes sends documents to the spam folder. Some types of templates are only available within more expensive plans, and I wish invoices were sent to email.
I also wish there were integration with our ATS Personio.
