The tool helps with secure connectivity for remote workers. Introducing the new NetExtender with SSL connectivity has been particularly beneficial. It simplifies administrative tasks by allowing precise control over access by blocking certain IPs, applications, and protocols. 

We have a few clients that use it. Most clients will use the NetExtender more, however, other than that, they do use Mobile Connect.

Mainly it's used to take over their workstation at their office.

This solution is generally used by our management and operational staff for any kind of access to auditing activities. We are partners with SonicWall. 

My customer's primary use case for this solution is for remote connectivity to their firewalls.
