AlgoSec's scalability is very strong. It grows with our organization's needs and can handle large data sets of our organization.

AlgoSec scales both vertically within a single appliance and horizontally across multiple coordinated nodes, managing varying device numbers based on requirements, from small setups of about 20 devices to large enterprises supporting over 1,000.

The solution needs to improve scalability.

The scalability is excellent. We are changing the architecture, including the remote agent. It has been easy to scale like this. 

Scalability is favorable since the solution is actively being developed. Specifically, for firewall perspectives, scalability is satisfactory.

The solution is scalable and we have approximately 50 users.

While we haven't tested it extensively, it has the capability to scale. We currently use it to manage eleven firewalls and nine routers. It has the ability to expand by adding more CPUs and memory.

I have a new client that is using it on the cloud, and it's as effective as the on-prem version. The scalability is very good. I would rate it eight out of ten.

It's a scalable solution but there is room for improvement in that area. It has a high-availability structure, but some features need to be distributed using a collector, for example.

Scalability is not something that I have had to concern myself with right now.

Geographically Distributed Architecture. AlgoSec appliances can be deployed across distributed sites for the local collection of logs and rulesets.
This data is then efficiently transmitted to a central appliance for processing.

Load Sharing. AlgoSec appliances can be clustered to share data workloads across multiple appliances for faster data analysis and reporting.

It has very good scalability.

From what I've heard and what I've read on their portal, it is pretty scalable. There are no issues around this.

The scalability is easy, just add more licenses if needed, then turn up another virtual machine. It is pretty straightforward.

There will probably be a dozen of us actually utilizing AlgoSec. This will mainly be the network and security team, then the security team themselves.

So far, we haven't had any issues with scalability. We're at 100+ firewalls, all of them logging directly to the product without issue, and we're using it daily.

I've always worked with the standalone version.

The solution is scalable. We have close to 30 firewall admins.

The scalability is good.

Over the period of two years, we have seen multiple enhancements being made available inside the product. One of the new requirements is on containers/Docker/Kubernetes where AlgoSec really needs to focus. I am not sure about the availability of the latest support release, however, these are booming technologies and we require solutions like AlgoSec to support them.

I haven't personally done a lot of scaling projects with this product.

The scalability seems very good. I haven't seen any restrictions if we were to bring in other hardware or other devices in terms of how to scale it out, either size-wise or vendor-wise.

We have our network group, which we use AlgoSec for, for investigating the risks, configuration issues and things like that. The security group uses it for risk ratings and compliance verification. Then we have a separate group, which is a different group of security that uses it for the firewall validation process. They're the ones that use it on a daily basis to investigate any firewall changes and tie those back to the original request and validate that they were implemented properly.

Scalability in this case really depends on whether the customer is able to provide the resources or not. It requires resources including memory, RAM, and those sorts of things. From a software point of view, I'd say it is very scalable. 

Our deployments of AlgoSec are not large so we haven’t faced a scalability issue. The maximum AlgoSec deployment we’ve done is for about 100 endpoints and that is not a problem for AlgoSec.

The scalability is good. We have had to scale for some of our clients who have about 10 firewalls or 10 network devices, and they wanted to have more. All we had to do was acquire more licenses, then we just scaled. It is quite seamless.

In terms of scalability, the maximum that I have tried with AlgoSec is six clusters. Its scalability is good. The way that we can work with it is good because with every device you can see everything on the same dashboard. If you want to check the monitoring, you can always select the device to see. You can check the status by clicking the device. It's the same structure. The scalability is good but I have only worked with a maximum of six clusters so I can't tell you exactly when it comes to a high number of hours, if it is good or bad, but for the six that I have worked with, it's good.

We do have plans to increase usage of AlgoSec. I have explained to some of the customers about the application integrations, the visibilities, and the rule-based optimizations by using this feature. In terms of features, I am expecting that they'll amend that component to their environment. Since we are a system integrating company, when we propose a solution for a particular customer, we always propose to do firewalls. Therefore, we always add AlgoSec. When we are proposing it, we always submit AlgoSec automatically.

The scalability is good.

Scalability is good if you choose the right sizing of hardware and design.

Currently, the tool works well with large environments.

It may be necessary to create a distributed solution of the product on different servers (WEB / DB).

We haven't heard anything from clients that would lead us to believe they couldn't scale the solution if they needed to.

In terms of scalability, it's a license-based model to add license at any point of time when you have any new firewalls added in the portfolio.

It provides interoperability with all vendor firewalls and the scalability is much easier.

We have added 10 more firewalls to our 14 existing and have had no performance or scalability issues.

After that you are ready to start using FireFlow and you can buy the license only when you are ready to start deploying it.

AlgoSec is not a scalable solution. Only I use AlgoSec in our company to do firewall management.

At the moment, it gives us what we need. Next month, we will add new technologies to AlgoSec.

AlgoSec has multiple form factors such as a hardware appliance, VM appliance, and software. The customer can choose the most suitable solution for their environment. Further, AlgoSec has three main components and the customer can purchase them phase by phase, based on their requirements and budget. It can scale up to the total ASMS solution using the same resources.

AlgoSec facilitates several form factors where customers can choose different options, including both hardware and software. For CloudFlow customers, we now have the SaaS model as well.

It is a highly scalable solution as per my experience.
