Its global headquarters is located in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. KPMG employs 162,000 people and has three lines of services: audit, tax, and advisory. Its tax and advisory services are further divided into various service groups. The name "KPMG" was chosen when KMG merged with Peat Marwick.

PricewaterhouseCoopers is a multinational professional services network. It is the world's second largest professional services network, as measured by 2014 revenues, and is one of the Big Four auditors, along with Deloitte, EY and KPMG. Vault Accounting 50 has ranked PwC as the most prestigious accounting firm in the world for six consecutive years, as well as the top firm to work for in North America for two consecutive years.
