I manage and coordinate teams across different locations and time zones, as well as lead in-house and customer projects, working closely with stakeholders on troubleshooting the toughest challenges. I also provide 24/7/365 support for Jedox clients and partners, ensuring their satisfaction and success. I am passionate about innovation, engineering, and cloud computing, and I constantly seek to improve our processes, products, and services.
