I use MOVE AntiVirus for online security and as a firewall.

MOVE AntiVirus's best feature is its ease of use.

In the next release, MOVE AntiVirus should include a file protection feature for mobile devices.

I've been using MOVE AntiVirus for over fifteen years.

The initial setup was easy.

I implemented MOVE AntiVirus myself.

I would recommend MOVE AntiVirus to others and would give it a rating of nine out of ten.

The primary use case of this solution is for the scan engine. We are resellers and implement this solution for our clients. I'm the manager of presales. 

We receive great technical support. 

I would like to be able to see the new virtual machines in the reporting and in general to have enhanced reporting.

The solution is stable. 

The solution is scalable. 

The technical support is great, they provide good service.

The initial setup is straightforward and the deployment took us two days. 

Licensing costs are $35 per user. 

I rate this solution nine out of 10. 

To be honest, the product has just sat there. I have no idea what it does.

In general, the pricing is quite good.

The installation process is very simple. 

They should work to make the renewal process better. I'd like to see is a few weeks of notification up front that the renewal is about to expire.

I've been using the solution for five years. 

So far, I've found the product to be very stable. It offers good performance. There are no bugs or glitches. it doesn't crash or freeze. It's been reliable. 

The scalability of the product is quite good. If a company needs to expand it, it can do so. 

We have four people using the solution right now. 

I've never contacted technical support, I cannot speak to how helpful or responsive they are.

We likely used Norton five or so years ago. 

The solution is very simple and straightforward. It's not difficult to set up at all. 

You do not need any outside assistance in order to set up the product. My seven-year-old could do it. It's that easy.

The renewal process is difficult. It could send me a notification upfront before it takes the cash out of the bank.

That said, the pricing is very reasonable. 

The solution only does an annual subscription. 

We are customers and end-users. 

We are using the latest version of the solution. 

Overall, I would rate the solution at an eight out of ten. The product has been very capable overall. 

I would recommend the solution to first-time users for sure.

In our organization, McAfee MOVE AntiVirus is deployed by the infrastructure team, it is easy to employ.

There is a license required to use this solution and my organization has purchased the license.

I would recommend this solution to others.

We primarily use the solution for malware protection and security purposes.

The reason why went for MOVE is due to the fact that it's agent-less. This is one of the most valuable aspects of the product overall.

The solution's performance is very good.

It's minimal and not too heavy on the system.

The malware detection is very good.

As of now, we haven't identified any room for improvement as it's addressing our requirements for malware detection and for performance also. 

It would be ideal if the initial setup was a bit easier.

The technical support from McAfee is good, and also the account manager that we have is very supportive and responsive. We are happy with the level of support.

For a virtual environment, we did not previously use a different solution.

The initial setup is okay. It's not that straightforward, however, it is doable. I would rate the entire process at a six out of ten.

We have one admin that handles any maintenance tasks that need to be addressed. 

We had assistance with the setup via a partner.

I'm not dealing with the commercial aspect of the product, therefore, I do not have any knowledge of the costs involved or the licensing structure.

We are a customer and an end-user.

I would recommend this product if a company is deploying a virtual environment, especially if it is Citrix VDI due to its compatibility and the minimal impact on the performance.

I primarily use the solution in order to protect my personal information.

Every once in a while, I get a message saying that the solution has completed a scan and no threats have been found. I'm not sure if it's my Microsoft antivirus or if it is McAfee, however, sometimes when I try to access a website, there's a message that says it's not safe to view the website and attackers might be trying to view the data. I'm not sure which one is doing it. McAfee or Microsoft, however, I do get these messages sometimes.

The solution is scalable.

The stability is good.

It's my understanding that the initial setup isn't too difficult.

Overall, the security is pretty good and I've been kept safe from viruses and dangerous websites.

The solution could be more secure.

I've been using the solution since I got my laptop, which was about four years ago now. It's been a while.

The product has been very stable. There are no bugs or glitches. It doesn't crash or freeze. Its performance is reliable so far.

While it's my understanding that the solution can scale, I only use it for myself at this time. I don't have plans to expand it beyond personal use.

I've never had a need to reach out to technical support. There haven't been any issues with the product. Therefore, I can't speak to how helpful or responsive they are.

I can't speak to the process surrounding the initial implementation and deployment. It was already there. It just came with the laptop. I don't remember the setup process, however, it must have been fairly easy to do it if I have it on the laptop.

I can't speak to if there was a vendor team used to deploy the product as it was just on my laptop when I received it.

You do have to pay for a license. You need to renew it yearly.

I didn't evaluate any other antivirus options. This is the only product I really know.

I am still using the solution. I get messages saying I have to reactivate it, however, I have not done that.

I'm not sure which version of the solution I'm using. Currently, I just use it myself, for personal protection. I'm an end-user and customer.

I'd rate the solution at an eight out of ten at this time. It's been very good in terms of its capabilities so far. 

I would recommend it to other users and companies.

Our primary use case is to protect all the computers in the company; the websites, files and emails our employees use. I'm responsible for IT and we are customers of McAfee. 

In general, the solution provides good protection, it works well for endpoint security. 

We're currently looking to switch to a solution that offers cloud security because we want that integrated with the antivirus. We're looking for something that's more sophisticated and integrated.

I've been using this solution for over six years. 

We haven't had any issues with stability. 

We have 10 employees in the company and no problems with scaling. 

The initial setup is easy, you just download the software program and install. It can be done very quickly. 

This is a great tool but now that people are working from home we're looking for something better because what we have now just protects the endpoint and we'd like to have better email and cloud security. 

The solution no longer meets our needs but it's a very good product and I rate it a nine out of 10.
