To be honest, the product has just sat there. I have no idea what it does.

The solution is the ease of use. 

It's real-time and it updates itself.

The solution is stable.

Scalability is very good. 

The product offers good compatibility with other solutions and has good integration potential.

In general, the pricing is quite good.

The installation process is very simple. 

They should work to make the renewal process better. I'd like to see is a few weeks of notification up front that the renewal is about to expire.

I've been using the solution for five years. 

So far, I've found the product to be very stable. It offers good performance. There are no bugs or glitches. it doesn't crash or freeze. It's been reliable. 

The scalability of the product is quite good. If a company needs to expand it, it can do so. 

We have four people using the solution right now. 

I've never contacted technical support, I cannot speak to how helpful or responsive they are.

We likely used Norton five or so years ago. 

The solution is very simple and straightforward. It's not difficult to set up at all. 

You do not need any outside assistance in order to set up the product. My seven-year-old could do it. It's that easy.

The renewal process is difficult. It could send me a notification upfront before it takes the cash out of the bank.

That said, the pricing is very reasonable.

I was looking for an agreement with which I am familiar, due to the increasing number of devices, mobile phones and tablets involved. 

Overall, the solution could be better priced. When it comes to the number of licenses which I need in relation to the number of devices that I have in my home, things could be cheaper. 

I believe I have been using McAfee MOVE AntiVirus for two or three years, as I have a subscription by which all the laptops of my family are under the same contract. We have four or five laptops at home. 

Around three years ago I used Avast. 

While my current plan allows me to install an unlimited number of devices, I found the Avast licensing plan to be insufficient. 

The installation is quite straightforward.

Taking into account the need to restart the computer, the initial installation takes five minutes. 

We have the solution installed on four devices. 

The overall pricing could be improved. 

I pay for the licensing on an annual basis.

Our primary use case is to protect all the computers in the company; the websites, files and emails our employees use. I'm responsible for IT and we are customers of McAfee. 

In general, the solution provides good protection, it works well for endpoint security. 

We're currently looking to switch to a solution that offers cloud security because we want that integrated with the antivirus. We're looking for something that's more sophisticated and integrated.

I've been using this solution for over six years.

The initial setup is easy, you just download the software program and install. It can be done very quickly. 

This is a great tool but now that people are working from home we're looking for something better because what we have now just protects the endpoint and we'd like to have better email and cloud security.

I have never required the support. I don't think that there is support for personal use. If you go the endpoint protection in the enterprise, they definitely require support. This is something that the IT team does.

It should be deployed in half an hour, depending on how long it takes to download in your network.

There is no monthly fee. You just purchase the tool.

It's an antivirus solution to protect the system.

We access many websites on a daily basis and are not really sure whether it's a good or a bad site. 

It's really easy to scan the laptop for any viruses that may have been download, and helps this to have a secured mode.

The most valuable feature is the protection we have had over the years.

Alert-wise, it is very good.

I would like to see monthly reports of the usage.

While scanning, if you could get history as well provide an easy report that can identify monthly what you have browsed.

I have been using it since 2010 on my personal laptops.

We spend money on so many other things, why not spend money on security?

You can renew licenses annually or bi-annually. When you have an offer, you pay less for two years.

We opted for the two years.
