Valuable features include a job posting site and a resume search.

It is a good supplement to our job board and very affordable considering that it links to multiple job boards that obviously expand our search.

The fact that it's an all-inclusive system; it works great. I love the resume feature.

How has it helped my organization?

It's truly helped us stay organized. Everything is all in one place, you can track, make notes, send resumes and search. It's amazing.

What needs improvement?

There have been glitches that we have come across, but nothing that wasn't fixable. I have been pretty satisfied.

We did not previously use a different solution. We used our own ATS system and various job boards individually; very hectic to manage, so we found MightyRecruiter and fell in love with everything being in one system.

How was the initial setup?

Initial setup was straightforward. Our rep made it so easy; no issues at all.

What about the implementation team?

I wasn't sure how to answer this question. the MightyRecruiter rep we have is amazing. He's great to work with and such a huge help.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

Before choosing this product, we did not evaluate other options. We loved this one from the beginning.

What other advice do I have?
