    I use Symantec Endpoint Encryption for endpoint and server security. My current role involves preparing a design document for implementing security features for the product.

    What is most valuable?

    Symantec Endpoint Encryption is easy to use and manage. The solution's remote management capability is helpful, and it provides an easy-to-install dashboard that gives a clear understanding of the organization's status regarding encryption and other features.

    What needs improvement?

    Support can sometimes be a problem, although not always. It's a very rare case.

    I have been using Symantec Endpoint Encryption for seventeen to eighteen years.

    What was my experience with deployment of the solution?

    I have not experienced any significant deployment issues. The solution is easy to install and manage.

    I have been using Symantec Endpoint Encryption for many years, and I find it to be a reliable solution. I would rate the stability between eight and nine.

    One valuable feature is full disk encryption. If a laptop is stolen, no one can steal the data since it is fully protected.

    If Trend Micro Endpoint Encryption comes up with a SaaS solution, it will be better rather than just having an on-premises solution.

    I have used the solution for the last two years.

    I have not encountered any stability issues. I'd rate stability seven out of ten.

    There are scalability limitations. I'd rate scalability five out of ten.

    The customer service is good, and they provide excellent support.

    How was the initial setup?

    There weren't too many challenges with the setup. The initial setup is a little bit difficult as it requires skill. A person without the necessary experience or skill cannot handle it.

    Overall, I'd rate the implementation process seven out of ten. Deployment times vary depending on customer enrollment. If there are more than 100 machines, it might take 45 to 60 days.

    What was our ROI?

    In terms of return on investment, I can't state an exact percentage, however, it surely saves costs by around 10% to 20%. It's more of an ROI from a security perspective. 

    What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

    The license cost is reasonable. It's per user.

    What other advice do I have?

    We are Trend Micro partners. 

    To protect any laptop or desktop in the event of theft, it is advisable to employ this solution to safeguard data. 

    I would rate this solution eight out of ten.
