They should reduce the cost to purchase the hardware of the physical server.

It is a stable solution.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

It's easy to scale. 

How are customer service and support?

I have never contacted customer support. We have a service provider that we contact to help with the implementation and support.  

How was the initial setup?

I didn't have any issues with the deployment. 

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

My colleagues are the ones who deal with pricing. 

What other advice do I have?

I would rate it an eight out of ten. I would recommend IBM PowerVM to someone considering it. 

I wouldn't rate it a ten because it has things it can improve on.
