We use Nerdio primarily for cost-saving and scaling purposes. Additionally, we use it internally within our organization.
The most valuable features of Nerdio are its automation capabilities, specifically the autoscale and auto-heal functionalities. Although auto-heal is not yet fully functional, it still contributes to automating many tasks. The autoscale feature is highly beneficial, and I have found the automation aspects to be one of the reasons Nerdio is particularly useful.
The auto-heal functionality needs improvement. Currently, the feature is limited because it only allows one heal condition and doesn't support multiple triggers. The capability to use different conditions, like the presence of online users during a failed installation, is missing. The current state makes it less useful, but I have even submitted a feature request for a better solution.
I have been using Nerdio for less than a year.
The solution performs pretty well, and I haven't encountered significant stability issues.
Nerdio performs well in terms of scalability, and it includes AI features that assist with scaling.
The customer service from Nerdio is excellent. I even know the CEO personally and have a positive experience, rating it nine out of ten.

In terms of deployment, it involved two engineers from our team.
I believe the ROI is more than 30%. We get more value per user than we invest.
Pricing is reasonable, and although everything seems expensive, Nerdio is cost-effective because we pay per user, but we save much more per user.
I rate the overall solution nine out of ten.
Most of our work with Nerdio is automated, and while we have the option for custom imaging, we prefer to avoid it. This flexibility is advantageous since automation doesn't cover everything.
During the implementation and management stage, I use Nerdio Manager for enterprise for deploying and quickly rolling out virtual desktops to end users. Once I complete the production rollout, I start managing the AVD environment through Nerdio.
Nerdio is completely an automation platform offering auto-scaling and flexibility. It includes pre-prepared automation scripts available within Nerdio for management.
I can deploy applications through the Nerdio Manager Console for remote app and MSIX app attach. The configurations are already created within the console. Nerdio works closely with Microsoft to incorporate new Microsoft releases simultaneously.
They should start providing the certifications on Nerdio for training and enhancements, mainly for the open community of IT. It should not be restricted to partners only, yet available to everyone.
I have been with the company for nearly three years, which aligns with our engagement. Therefore, I can say three years of engagement.
The solution is one hundred percent stable and very much straightforward.
Only one person is sufficient for deploying Nerdio, highlighting its scalability through automation.
They are providing the right kind of support as expected as part of the agreement.
