Sangfor SSL VPN has a user-friendly user interface. The solution's best feature is integrating with other sites using the Sangfor firewall. That's just going to input the credentials from one site to another so they can have a VPN or VPC connection.
The solution's integration with other firewall vendors could be improved. Its interoperability matrices and different configurations with other vendor products also need improvements. Our client has a Palo Alto on the other site. We're going to integrate Sangfor SSL VPN with it based on the best practices for integrating those two different brands.
I have been using Sangfor SSL VPN for five years.

Scaling the solution is straightforward since its UI is more user-friendly than that of other firewall solution providers like Palo Alto. Palo Alto's UI is very vague, and we get lost finding the right tab to configure some of the policies.
The technical support team is very helpful in every situation.

There is an area of improvement related to the configuration of specific numbers required for compatibility with banks in our country. The platform initially had limited numbers available for configuration, which posed a challenge as banks operate on different numbers. To address this, we had to request Sangfor Management to add the required numbers, which they later accommodated.
