Cons
"It is really old. We are moving towards converting everything into a Power BI environment. We want to have a self-service type of BI environment where different levels of users in organizations can log onto a portal and retrieve the data they need or get the necessary insights for decision-making that's important for them or their business unit. They have built a new version of QlikView called QlikSense, which probably competes with newer BI tools, such as Power BI, but they are far behind. That's why we are moving towards a newer tool that's easier to use and has more visualizations to represent the data.""QlikView's UI could be more user-friendly.""They should offer the capability to directly access data from SaaS environments, as it would simplify the migration process, and while it may seem like a minor enhancement, it would be beneficial to our clients.""I would like to see more advanced features from Qlik Sense integrated into QlikView to keep it competitive and up-to-date.""There's room for improvement in the area of management's handling of concerns.""They could improve the update time.""The solution is quite costly.""They could provide a user-friendly analysis process rather than specialized IT resource code."

"I would like to see more/better documentation. They also need to enhance analytic/data science algorithms.""We have struggled with uptime. Some of the features need to be updated.""I have found some problems with the figures depicted on graphs and figures shown, like scores which could not be negative but which were depicted as such."
