We use Webex primarily to get predictive information about our system. For instance, it alerts us if there's a change in application behavior, like latency in transactions or when CPU and memory usage are 100 percent. This helps us ensure our processes stay stable.
The tool alerts us when there are issues with our Kubernetes environment, such as excessive container usage. This allows our operations team to quickly identify and address these issues, reducing the time it takes to resolve them.
The most valuable feature of Webex is its ability to monitor our infrastructure. It helps us keep track of security, memory usage, CPU, and more, ensuring our applications run well.
Greater visibility beyond infrastructure metrics would be beneficial. We could leverage insights into business performance indicators as well. I believe that incorporating more predictive capabilities into Webex for the next version would be beneficial.
