Also, it works dynamically with documents. With its help, we can append multiple documents to a single signature process.

The solution has limitations on the number of contracts you sign. Presently, you have to pay extra to sign a massive amount of documents. They should work on this particular area.

We use Zoho Sign for experimental and other purposes.

The most valuable features of Zoho Sign are its integration and invoice facilities.

Zoho Sign has to be made more user friendly. Zoho Sign has bug issues, and sometimes we have to keep refreshing it.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using Zoho Sign for the last two to three months.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

I rate Zoho Sign a six to seven out of ten for stability.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

I rate Zoho Sign a five out of ten for scalability. Around 10 to 20 users are using Zoho Sign in our company.

How are customer service and support?

Zoho Sign's customer support sometimes does not respond at the proper time. Whenever we send them a message, they reply the next day or by the end of the day. Hence, I rate Zoho Sign a maximum of one out of ten for customer support.

I rate Zoho Sign’s initial setup a five to six out of ten.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

Zoho Sign is expensive compared to other software and charges AED 120 per user for a month.

What other advice do I have?

I use the latest version of Zoho Sign. Zoho Sign is still improving because they send their announcements each month. I recommend people use Zoho Sign only if they have proper guidance from the people at Zoho. Else, it will be a big mess.
