I use the solution's area known as iProcurement. My company uses the product to store our procurement data, specifically, the one related to software and vendors. My company stores all the data, invoices, and documents following a standard process with the help of the solution.
For big organizations, the product makes it easy to manage the area of procurement. It is also easy to manage how many payments our company has made with the help of the invoices, which we can access date by date from the time a user has started to use the software. In general, it is a kind of procurement document storage tool.
The interface lags a bit since it is a heavy application. If the product is made lightweight, it can be much faster. The product needs to be made more user-friendly.
I think that on the main page of the solution, there needs to be some improvements. Before searching for invoices, there is a need to go into the purchase order and click on three different areas to get the invoice. If there is a button on the main page of the product that allows to get invoices directly, it would be helpful for the users as it is one area where the product has certain issues.
I have been using Oracle E-Business Suite iProcurement for two years. I am a customer of the product.
There are no issues when it comes to the stability of the product.
It is a scalable solution.
From the time I started working with the solution, I have not contacted the product's support team.
The product's initial setup phase was a moderate process.
The solution is deployed on an on-premises model.
The solution can be deployed in a month or two.
The product is somewhat expensive. Only large organizations can handle such an application.
I believe that other people can use the product. It is a good application to maintain data, specifically procurement-related data.
A normal user can learn to use the product in three to four days.
I rate the overall tool an eight out of ten.
