HubSpot Marketing Hub is a marketing automation tool. We use the solution for workflows, landing pages, forms, build-out, emails, and scoring.
The workflow is pretty good. It’s quick and easy because we don't have to create different campaigns. We have to build different campaigns in Marketo. In HubSpot, we can have everything in a single workflow. The tool is easy to build and can be learned quickly. The solution enables the customization of reports. It also provides good visuals.
The integrations are good. There are a lot of apps in HubSpot’s marketplace. We can install them directly. HubSpot is customizable using the React card. The UI of the objects can be customized using the React card. To do it, we would need developers who know React.
HubSpot’s scoring is not good. The email template can be made a little better.
I have been using the solution for five years.
The tool breaks sometimes. Like Marketo, HubSpot also provides a URL to check if something is broken. I rate the stability a nine out of ten.
Recently, I faced some stability issues. I was deleting a custom object. There was nothing in the UI, but it still showed that one record needed to be deleted. I’m still discussing the issue with the support team. The support team could improve its response time and knowledge.

We can combine all these assets and put them into one campaign in HubSpot. The campaign acts as a folder. When we click on a particular campaign, it will show the reports or statistics of the activities that have been done.
The product will become complex if we have many different conditions. We must minimize the screens so we can see the complete chart. We are partners. I recommend the tool to people looking for a good and cheap solution. It is suitable for small and medium-sized businesses. Overall, I rate the product an eight out of ten.
