Pros
"The most valuable feature of LeadSquared is the customization.""LeadSquared's most valuable features are it comes equips with all the basic features of a CRM. "There are many extremely useful features.""Salesforce is a very powerful tool which helps us to build that through tools like Process Builder or Flows, or even write code to achieve these scenarios.""I have found Salesforce Sales Cloud to be stable.""The user interface is pretty simple.""The reporting features are useful.""It is a good platform that shows consolidation of information for our customer base.""The dashboards and dashboard customization are great.""I would rate Salesforce Sales Cloud's scalability as very good. We have scaled from 30 to 150 within three years without a glitch."

Cons
"The solution’s UI could be more user-friendly.""The notifications and workflow management can be improved in LeadSquared.""The solution can get quite expensive, especially as you add more users.""The solution's report section is not very capable and could be improved."

More LeadSquared Cons →

"The tool's technical challenges vary depending on the requirements. When a new requirement arises, we must analyze the best approach to address it, whether through automation tools or coding. We encounter limitations such as the number of reports we can process or update, the queries we can write, and other similar constraints. Understanding when to utilize coding and when to rely on simple configurations is crucial.""I would love Salesforce to keep on committing and building out what they call flows. It's their point-and-click version of coding. You don't have to be a coder to create essentially what a developer would have to normally, which is a great feature, but it could still be improved upon.""I would like if Sales Cloud had the flexibility to create or edit the forms used to submit requests. Right now, they're fixed, and users can't edit them. Only administrators have editing privileges, so it takes too long to make changes.""With the solution being very vast, they need to prioritize features.""The deployment of data from the development environment to production is also a weaker point because their solution is not powerful.""The monitoring is very good, but it could be better.""Applications that can help with migrating data over from the sandbox to production would make it easier because sometimes change sets can be bulky and they're not always as effective. This can be frustrating when you make a lot of changes and try to put those changes into production.""If the infrastructure is not correct, then customers are having an issue and it's taking a lot of time to load."

Pricing and Cost Advice
  • "I am not sure about the cost of the solution overall, but with their SMS notifications services, there is an extra cost."
  • "The license is paid yearly, and it is about 30 euros per month per user."
  • "We have an annual renewable license for LeadSquared."
  • "LeadSquared is not as costly as other CRM solutions."

  • "The subscription is on a monthly basis."
  • "The main issue is the price. Because it's SaaS, you will have to pay on a monthly or yearly basis."
  • "It is a premium product, so it is not the cheapest solution. I think if it's implemented well, and you're getting the soft cost benefits, the efficiencies, it's justified. But not if you're looking at just apples for apples as a subscription, without the complexity that you can achieve. It can deal with complex business requirements. Some other CRMs can't. But you certainly pay, so it's a premium-charged solution. It's one of the more expensive ones."
  • "I have found Salesforce Sales Cloud to be expensive. However, it is the number one CRM solution in the world. It is worth the money."
  • "The main thing is it is costly. Salesforce it is not cheap, it's costly. Some of our customers say it is a costly solution. So, we have lost some sale opportunities regarding the high price. This is the main thing that we are facing. It is sales per user and the user price is about $150 per month, per user for the Enterprise Edition. The other edition is less than this, but it is costly. A company that has 70 or 80 users would pay more than $8,000 USD yearly because it is cloud based."
  • "My understanding is that Salesforce is a little bit expensive, but in terms of the efficiencies, automation, and visibility, I think it's definitely value for money."
  • "Implementation and add-ons may be additional costs."
  • "Being license based, the license varies by type. The pricing is considered average."
