Good for small teams and has an effortless setup
In terms of improvement, the mobile app could be better. When I last used Trello, the mobile app is an HTML5 version. It's not really native to mobile apps, so this feature isn't really integrated as much as it is when we use it on the web. Another way Trello could be improved would be with better integrations with other tools like Teams...
