Easy to set up, simple to learn, and has a free version
I'd rate the scalability at a seven out of ten. Sometimes I have faced issues with adapting, to gaining a new acquisition. I haven't been using the latest version, so it might be improved. Also, it is now cloud-based. It may have grown in scalability. We have 20 to 25 users on the solution.
