It's a good and stable product that suits my needs.
WebEx has a feature that allows you to zoom in when you're giving a presentation. To get the same result with Skype requires going through the host. It would be a good feature for Skype to include. There can be minor problems; a microphone that's not working or a bad network connection but it's not usually anything related to the solution.
