The initial setup was complex. I'd rate the ease of setup three out of ten. You need to understand the file system, and you need to understand Oracle very well before setup. It's not like Microsoft, where there is a setup Wizard to guide you. You need very specific knowledge. The setup might take a day or two in terms of deployment....
