A stable, scalable solution, and is easy to deploy
The look of Plesk can be improved by making it resemble a WHMCS. As of now, it is just a hosting environment. The solution should be more than a hosting environment because they are doing a really good job. I prefer to have something like WHMCS from Plesk itself, providing domain registration, providing reseller options, along those lines....

If you are not savvy, there should be an option where the company can add cushions to assist. For example, I should be able to find suggestion options or frequently asked questions easily to help me move forward. That option should be there.
