I have several concerns about Fortinet, however, regarding Fortinet FortiGate itself, they could improve their support system. It's hard to get a good engineer to help you. Additionally, they lack a post-sale process; once the sale happens, they just vanish, and then you're on your own. That is my main problem. The WAF is extremely limited....
