The WAF solution works perfectly fine. If we face any issues, we get hotfixes from the solution experts. It is a little bit difficult to engage with a solution expert firsthand, but once they're engaged, they do whatever is best to resolve the issue. I find out later and am required to pay for support without receiving updated versions.
