I think Deel could mainly be improved around payroll-related features, for example, the management and possibility to add insurance for employees such as health insurance. The feature does exist, but for us it is quite expensive compared to doing it ourselves. So we prefer to handle it ourselves. The same applies to renting IT equipment for...
