A scalable and stable solution that needs to work on its area related to BYOD
I was a part of IBM at the time when I was trying to get into the profession of a technical support person. Currently, I work with a company that has a partnership with IBM, and I deliver IBM MaaS360 to our customers. I don't have any concerns with the support provided by IBM.

Sometimes the syncing is inconsistent. I'm confident that the devices are checking in every eight hours, but sometimes the devices aren't picking up the settings as quickly as I would expect.
