I started life as a developer and quickly fell in love with the web and consequently the daddy of collaboration, SharePoint. Since climbing the ladder in the SharePoint arena, I've moved into business and now hold shares in Mint Management Technologies.

I'm fortunate enough to work with an exceptional group of operational directors and absolutely love the variety of roles my position allows me to fulfill. My primary focus is business development with people and client oversight coming in a close second.

I love sharing my experiences from this colorful industry and often present at community and industry events. Knowledge sharing with staff and clients is a passion of mine as teaching is in my blood.
