NetApp Norway
Started NetApp Norway as own region in 2007 with 3 employees and have grown the business from 4 million USD to 27 million USD and 11 employees moving from #8 in the Norwegian market to #3 (currently back at #5). My focus has been concentrated around sales to the largest companies in Norway and building a channel of resellers and distribution, including establishing a territory focused team, a Service Provider focused team and leading the Enterprise sales team.

Symantec Norway
- Established Symantec in Norway in 1998. Grew and adapted the corporate structure to accomplish corporate vision from startup with myself alone to 27 people after the merger with VERITAS Software in 2005.
- Gained market leadership of the company and its main products both within the Consumer and the Enterprise market from having close to zero revenue in the Enterprise market and less than 400.000 USD per year in the consumer market in 1997 to become the market leader in both markets in 2002 (respectively 54% and 22% market share according to Storebrand Kapitalforvaltning (2003)). Continued growing the company surpassing yearly revenue of 35 million USD in FY2006. Through an early focus and success on Service Provider business I got the responsibility for the SP business in Nordic working with accounts as Telenor, TeleDanmark (TDC) and Telia (TeliaSonera).
